What is Open To?
Open To is an app that gives you easy access to bike lockers, lockers, bike parking facilities, and other mobility services. Everything is done digitally, from registration to access.
How do I rent a bike locker with Open To?
Download the app, sign up, and select an available locker on the map. Start your session and open the locker directly through the app.
How do I open my bike locker using the app?
After starting your session, a button to open the locker will appear. You don't need a key, badge, or code.
How can I tell if there's still a spot available?
Using the map in the app, you can immediately see which facilities are available and where there are still open spots.
How much does it cost to use Open To?
The price is set by the service provider. Any fees are always clearly displayed before you start a session.
Do I need a subscription to use Open To?
No. You only pay when it applies to the service you’ve chosen. There are no hidden fees or mandatory subscriptions.
Are my bike and personal belongings stored safely?
Open To uses secure bike lockers, bike parking facilities, and lockers designed to safely store bikes, batteries, and personal belongings.
Can I use multiple locations with a single account?
Yes. With a single account, you get access to all Open To locations available within the network.
Can I reserve a spot?
No. Open To operates without reservations. You can see which facilities are available in real time and start your session immediately when a spot opens up.
Can my municipality, company, or organization offer Open To?
Yes. Open To can be used for both public and private bicycle facilities. Through the administrator portal, you can centrally manage users, locations, access points, and rentals.
